Third-Party Integrations

Overview

Some Arc Portal features are supported by third-party services that help connect wallets, move funds, verify identity, process payments, or route onchain activity. These providers operate under their own terms of service, eligibility requirements, and data practices. Review the applicable provider terms before using a feature supported by a third-party integration.

Some of these providers serve Circle Technology Services, LLC or another provider in the flow of funds, rather than serving you directly. Where that is the case, the provider's terms govern that commercial relationship and its privacy notice is the document that describes how your information is handled. Each entry below notes which applies.

The Discover tab is a directory. It surfaces apps, assets, and agents built on or available through Arc and points you to them; it does not provide those services. Opening a listing takes you to a third party's own app or site, where that party's terms, fees, eligibility requirements, and data practices apply. Inclusion in Discover is not a recommendation, endorsement, or vetting by Circle Technology Services, LLC, and listings may change at any time.

Access to third-party products and services is provided for convenience only and is subject to third-party terms and risks. Some are integrated directly into Arc Portal; others may redirect you to the applicable third-party site. Circle Technology Services, LLC has not vetted, endorsed, approved, or verified, and makes no representations or warranties regarding, any third-party application, website, content, product, service, security, legality, availa bility, or functionality, and you are solely responsible for evaluating and using them.

Wallet connection

Dynamic

Dynamic Labs, Inc. powers the connection of external wallets you already hold, such as MetaMask, to Arc Portal. Dynamic is used only for connecting external wallets; it is not involved in your Arc Portal wallet.

Dynamic is a service provider to Circle Technology Services, LLC. Its Terms & Conditions govern Circle's use of Dynamic's services rather than your use of Arc Portal; its Privacy Policy describes how wallet connection information is handled.

Fiat onramp (buying with card or bank)

Fiat onramp availability varies by region and is subject to each provider's eligibility requirements.

Transak

Processes card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay purchases, and is in the fiat flow of funds.

BVNK / Lead Bank

BVNK provides virtual account number and payment processing. Fiat you send is credited to a virtual account subledger within the BVNK / Lead Bank structure, and BVNK converts and sends the resulting stablecoin to your wallet.

Socure

Collects and verifies identity (KYC) information on behalf of the payment processors in the onramp flow.

Socure is a service provider to the payment processors. Its privacy notice describes how identity information is handled.

Swaps and bridging

LI.FI

Arc Portal uses LI.FI to source swap routes. LI.FI aggregates liquidity from third-party decentralized exchanges and bridges, so a swap route may cross networks. Circle's direct relationship is with LI.FI; Circle does not have a relationship with the underlying venues LI.FI routes through, and the venues used may change over time.

LI.FI is used for Swap only. Crypto deposits and transfers between networks under Deposit → Crypto use Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), not LI.FI.

Earn

Earn deposits go into third-party lending vaults. Two sets of terms apply: the protocol operating the vault, and the curator managing the vault’s allocation strategy. For the terms that apply to each specific vault, see Lending Market Terms.

Morpho

Operates the lending protocol and vault contracts used by Earn on Arc.

Galaxy

Curates one or more Earn vaults.

Steakhouse Financial

Curates one or more Earn vaults.

Gauntlet

Curates one or more Earn vaults.

Bitwise

Curates one or more Earn vaults.

Blockchains

Your journey through Arc Portal starts on the Arc, and can continue onto other blockchains.

The Arc network

Arc is the blockchain that Arc Portal connects to. It is not a third-party integration, but your use of the network is governed by Arc’s own terms.

Other networks

You can connect to other supported blockchains through Arc Portal. Your use of those blockchains is governed by their applicable network terms.
